Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect WhatsApp from Bilzee

Log in to Bilzee, open Campaigns, go to Settings → Providers, and click Disconnect on WhatsApp. This immediately deletes the stored access token and WhatsApp identifiers from Bilzee.

Remove Bilzee from your Facebook account

On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Bilzee and click Remove. This revokes Bilzee’s access to your Meta and WhatsApp Business assets.

Delete your Bilzee account and data

Email info@bilzee.com from your registered email address with the subject “Data deletion request” and include your business name and registered phone number.

We confirm your request within 7 days and delete your account and data within 30 days. Invoices and tax records that Indian law (including GST law) requires us to keep are retained only for the legally required period and then deleted.
